That address reaches the small team behind this publication. Write in plain language; you do not need to be formal.

What to Write About

  • Corrections: if you spot a factual error in an article, tell us what it is and where you saw it. Corrections are made openly and credited to the reporting reader when appropriate.
  • Questions: confused by a concept in an article, or wondering what to read next? Ask, and we will point you in the right direction.
  • Feedback and topic suggestions: if there is a behavioral psychology topic you would like to see covered, suggest it. Reader requests genuinely shape the editorial calendar.
  • Partnerships and press: for licensing, citations, or media inquiries, use the same address with a clear subject line.

What Happens After You Write

Every message is read by a real person. If your note points out an error, it is checked against the sources and corrected openly if the error is confirmed. If it asks a question the site already answers, you will get a link to the right article. If it suggests a topic, it goes on the editorial list, and topics with the most reader interest get priority. If your message needs a longer or more personal answer than email allows, we will say so honestly rather than give a rushed one.

Before You Write

A few things worth knowing. First, a quick search of the site may already answer your question; the articles index and the degree and career guides cover the most common topics in depth. Second, please do not include sensitive personal information in your email, such as medical records or identification numbers; a short description of your question is enough. Third, if you are writing about an error, include the article title and the exact sentence you believe is wrong, which makes the check much faster.

Response Time

Behavioral Psychology is an independent educational publication run by a small team, not a customer support desk. Most messages get a reply within a few business days. Detailed or research-heavy questions can take a little longer.

Please note: we cannot provide medical or psychological advice, and we cannot respond to requests for diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or personal mental health guidance. For those matters, please consult a qualified professional. See the disclaimer for details and emergency resources.
